Nice res as long as you get into the newer area of the building where you get private rooms, bathroom for you and your roomate and a mini kitchen. Everything else in the building is basically hotel rooms where you share one big room.

I stayed in this res for quite a while and it was pretty nice. It's divided up into 3 sections each one a little newer then the other. If you can, I suggest you try to get into the R3 (newest wing) as it's the best res on campus by far. You get a much better kitchen suite and more space.
