Great residence to live in. This isn't honestly the party residence that everyone makes it out to be. It's reputation is improving every year.
People make it out to be that if you live here, you'll fail out because of all the orgies and parties. That's not the case. Yes, there are parties, but that's the same with any other residence.

Overall, I'd highly recommend living here, but just don't expect it to live up to the crazy stories that you've heard.

I love living off campus...even though it has its pros and cons. Your social life is different, because you have friends in town, and at school, and I think that makes it better when you have different groups of friends. Plus you don't have to make your own food lol. The bad thing about OC is that you dont get the total "university experience" and you make tons more friends if you are in rez....but....i still love home!

I lived in Perth two years ago and the food was terrible....yuck...and the rez was too strict. Maybe it is better now, but I absolutely did not like living in rez. Way better getting your own place....

living off campus doesnt really affect the whole university experience unless you let it join clubs, get involved. if you make an effort living off campus can be much better then residence!

Lived here first year. Great place to live. Probably the best residence on campus. Decent sized rooms, very clean. We have some of the best parties on campus too.
